Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Telesales Manager to join our telesales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales management, with a proven track record of driving results and maximising revenue.
As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the full range of Atlas Products including our new suite of AtlasMobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecoms and digital transformation space.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to optimise sales processes and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and digital transformation trends.
