Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our customer service team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and fostering positive customer experiences. 

As a Customer Service Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in driving world-class customer service within our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction while also driving continuous improvement initiatives. 

Your efforts will not only ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively but will also play a crucial role in helping the business develop a reputation for unparalleled customer service. 

By fostering a customer-centric approach and instilling a culture of excellence, you will contribute to the long-term success and growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyse customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform customer service strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
