Atlas Communications are now a Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supplier on the new G-Cloud 8 framework.

What is Crown Commercial Services?

The CCS have brought together Government central commercial capability into a single organisation, amalgamating Government Procurement Service with other commercial teams from Cabinet office and central government departments. They aim to work with both departments and organisations across the whole of the public sector to ensure maximum value is extracted from every commercial relationship and improve the quality of services provided.

The CCS is made up of SMEs and larger businesses, allowing framework users to choose which company offers the correct solution to their business needs. The goal is to become the "go-to" place for expert commercial and procurement services. It helps to free up individual organisations to focus their procurement expertise on what is unique to them.

What do we have on the framework?

Atlas have 5 products within the framework which include products in the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) categories. These products include

• Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS)
• Hosted Exchange
• Storage as a Service (STaaS)
• Virtual Data Centres and Server Provision.
