"<p>Atlas Communications recently worked alongside Sperrin Integrated College, to install a new <a href="https://atlas-comms.com/blog/panasonic-review" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Panasonic NS700</a> phone system, with over 40 handsets. The contract, part of an integrated system, lines & calls service, was won through a competitive tender process in response to the school looking to replace their existing Toshiba system.</p> <p>The school had two main drivers in its search including having call recording in place to help with safeguarding of staff. They were also looking for a system that would allow more efficient call handling for parents and staff.</p> <p>Atlas’ proposal included replacing their existing ISDN lines with SIP lines and using SIP side call recording as a cost effective way to monitor calls.
